Inspired by The Arabian Nights and the eclectic work of The Marvelous Lamp by Ramón del Valle-Inclán; and imbued with contemplative Eastern mysticism through mantra, Kyrtan and the tantric path framed in the cosmogonic figure of the god Shiva, this work/ritual delves into a hybrid language of theater, Butoh dance and video projection, directed by Orlando Whales, a raw, transgressive and minimalist staging through music and the live voices and instruments of Almudena Vega and Edgar Cueto.
